At T Giles & Co we know how frustrating it can be for a customer that wants to make a return but the policy states "no returns". That's why we accept Returns and will fully refund you once you meet the criteria! You can find the Returns and Refunds Policy at the bottom of this page.
We are based in the UK and will only ship to the UK, we hope to soon change that and deliver internationally but due to us being a small company we have decided to just supply to the UK. You can find the Shipping Policy at the bottom of this page.
Payments are made processed through Stripe, Stripe allows our customers to pay via Credit Card, Debit Card as well as other various payment methods. You can find the Payment Policy at the bottom of this page.
We do offer warranties for our products as we know that receiving damaged goods can be extremely frustrating, we strive for customer satisfaction in everything we do. You can find the Warranties Policy at the bottom of this page.
Returns & Refund Policy: Returns are to be made within a 14 day period after receiving the product(s). All products must be unopened and undamaged. Returns are to be paid for by the buyer (customer). If you meet all of the criteria you will be issued a full refund once we receive the product(s) and inspect for damage. If you wish to cancel an order then you may do so as long as it has not been dispatched.
Shipping Policy: We offer free 2-3 day delivery on all products. You may also pay for 1-2 day delivery if you would wish (price varies depending on the product, the price is calculated at checkout) All shipping is done via Royal Mail, we offer 3 ways in which you can receive your item(s). All orders are shipped out 1 business day after purchase. Please note that delays may occur due to Covid-19 delays. If you need to make a return, the return shipping has to be paid for by the buyer.
Payment Policy: Immediate payment after checkout is required. All payments are processed by Stripe.
Warranties Policy: If goods never arrive you can request a refund, after we investigate we will refund you (We will always refund you for good that you never receive). If goods are received damaged please contact us with proof such as pictures and as many details as possible, please also know whether you would like to be refunded or if you would like to have your item(s) replaced. We will then work with Royal Mail to get a compensation claim, if we cannot get compensation from Royal Mail then we cannot refund you. If goods are received damaged you have 7 days from receiving your order to contact us, if you do not get in touch within 7 days then your order will not be refunded/replaced.
